Hair
Hair must be neat, washed, and without radical colors (i.e. bright blue, pink, etc.) or styles (i.e. spikes, etc.). Hair should be in neat order. For male employees, hair must be above the collar in length and trimmed neatly. Mustaches and beards should be neatly trimmed and should be grown on vacation, not on the job. Men are required come to work cleanly shaven.

Jewelry
Earrings are permitted. Any other visible body piercing (i.e. tongue studs, nose studs, lip rings, eyebrow studs, etc.) is not permitted. In addition, jewelry can be a safety hazard, so you may be asked to remove it due to the risks in your job.

Tattoos
All tattoos should be covered from a guest's view.

Uniforms
You are either required to wear a uniform, or professional business attire, depending on your department position. Your manager will review the appropriate dress code for you upon hire. A name tag must be worn while working. Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Conduct
Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, demonstrate a positive attitude, and show respect for co-workers and our guests. Fellow employees & guests must be addressed courteously and respectfully. Spring Creek Ranch will not tolerate conduct that creates an intimidating, offensive or hostile environment.

Gum Chewing
Do not chew gum when near the guests.

Cologne / Perfume
Should be used sparingly.

Smoking
Spring Creek Ranch is a smoke free environment. Guests or employees are not permitted to smoke in any of our buildings or vehicles. In order to provide a healthy, comfortable and productive work environment, employees may smoke outside but only in areas that are out of sight of guests and in designated areas.

Attendance
Commitment is an important part of Team Play. We expect our employees' attendance to be timely and reliable.
